There are times when you need to create discounts based on how many people attend your event. We have recently added a new feature that allows you to do just that. Now with our event booking calendar plugin you can apply group discounts for all your events. You have the option to apply a bulk discount to all your events, or you can apply it to individual events as well.
Bulk Discounts or Not?
When you first arrive on this tab of the general settings question, you will find the dropdown that asks you if you want to use bulk discounts or not:
If you choose Yes, it will automatically display the boxes so you can configure it. Consequently, you can choose the percentage to discount based on how many attendees have registered for your event.
Configuring Bulk Discounts
Keep in mind that choosing the percentage here, is not like using the percentage for taxes. You must use the actual percentage instead of decimal figures. Here’s a screenshot to better display how the event booking calendar bulk discounts work.
You can configure the percentage discounts to anything you want. If you have any further questions you are welcome to search our knowledge base or create a support ticket. Cheers 🙂
