The great thing about our wordpress event plugin is that you are able to send personalized messages to all your attendees when they register. You can do this by using small shortcode snippes which can display all kinds of information such as attendee’s first and last name, event name, event cost, etc. Take a look at the screenshot below to better understand how the snippets work:

Payment Confirmation Email

Want to send payment confirmation emails to all your attendees? No problem, you have the option to choose whether you would like to notify attendees when they make a payment or not 🙂

Events Payment Confirmation Message

Again, the same rule applies to the payment confirmation message as the normal registration message. You can use shortcode snippets to personalize your message to the person who has paid for your event. Check out the screenshot below:

Do you want to receive an email as well?

In the following section below the payment confirmation email, you will find an option to choose whether you would like to receive a notification when someone registers for any of your events or not. Most people will choose Yes as its important to know when someone has registered, but again, you’re the boss 🙂

Confirmation Message During Checkout

This last text box is not to be confused with the other WordPress event email notifications. In this box you can type the message that you want customers to see during the second step of the checkout process. Check out the screenshot below:
